      <content:encoded><![CDATA[What was once a purely Old Republic-themed site is now something ... blessedly less brown. &nbsp;We've been planning to have a Dauntless presence in Guild Wars 2 when it launches on August 28th, and we've decided to take a more inclusive approach to the website design. We can't be having MMOs getting jealous of one another.<div><br></div><div>Dauntless in Guild Wars 2 will operate idealistically much as it does in SW:TOR. We will grow a guild built of friendly, fun folks and do our best to support a roleplay-friendly environment. &nbsp;Guild Wars 2 has a lot going for it, and I look forward to exploring it more with Dauntless peepz. &nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div><div><br></div><div>How does this affect Dauntless in SW:TOR? &nbsp; We will continue to operate in both games as long as there is interest, and each guild chapter will have its own leadership so that no one's spread too thin. &nbsp;That being said, both chapters of the guild require beefier rosters, so you will see recruitment efforts for both games. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br><div><br></div><div>The final Guild Wars 2 Beta is coming this weekend (runs from Friday July 20th until Sunday the 22nd) and we'll be there as a guild in force.       <content:encoded><![CDATA[Server Transfers started this week, and Dauntless has chosen to take advantage of them. &nbsp; &nbsp;Shien was a great home, but is left underpopulated, especially in the face of these transfers. &nbsp; As I write this, I'm on the Republic Fleet on our new home server, and the station is lively and the people are far and wide friendly and welcoming. &nbsp; &nbsp;I played a few War Zones earlier today, and they went very well. &nbsp; It seeems like these transfers are going to be a great thing for the livelihood of the game, and for our guild.<div><br></div><div>For any members that are still on Shien, please visit our thread on the forums about the move to The Ebon Hawk for instructions on how to join us. &nbsp;Also, I'm going to try and keep an eye on the events that other groups schedule on The Ebon Hawk. &nbsp; This new, huge community will have a lot to offer, and there may be events that interest us. Dauntless is a social gaming community. Our membership base is generally made up of mature gamers in their 30s and 40s, and in the games we play we generally dabble in PvP, PvE and some roleplay. We cater to the casual and hardcore alike; members don't have to sign up for any activity they're not interested in, and when a group of our members are interested in pursuing a particular goal, we will strive to meet it. At present we are a SW:TOR guild, although our members have played together in previous games, and some of our relationships go back over 10 years. The 2nd tab costs 1 million, 3rd tab costs 2 million, 4th tab costs 3.5 million, 5th tab costs 7 million, 6th tab costs 15 million, and the 7th tab costs 30 million. It drops from a level 47 champion "Ancient Probe" droid found roaming western Clabburn Tundra on Hoth. Something quite unheard of in Dauntless and as a result (plus having some fairly over level characters in the group!) were zooming through the quests so fast Javan started complaining on Mumble about being left behind.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>- One minute we are killing this boss here and I turn around and next minute my whole group is half way across the map heading towards the next quest!&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Poor Javan, I would ask everyone to be more considerate of the elderly in the future.</div><div><br></div><div>The second group, designated Group Short Bus, managed to knock out their quests on Belsavis as well in spite of being the Dauntless traditional group composition of too many tanks and the fact that Kastonov had never been to Belsavis yet and thus not having discovered any taxi stations on the map (he is still chasing down Bonus series quests on Coruscant at level 45).</div><div><br></div><div>Additionally there was some complications with where one should and shouldn't jump from...</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><img src="http://i1125.photobucket.com/albums/l590/DauntlessGaming/Forum%20and%20News/Dauntless%20Heroic%20Quest%20Nights/KastonovFallingDeath01.jpg" title="" alt="" style="border-top-style: none; border-right-style: none; border-bottom-style: none; border-left-style: none; border-width: initial; border-color: initial; border-image: initial; " width="500"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-style: italic;">- Lol Kastonov fell to his death!
